Foods That Can Help You Lose Weight

Whether you like a handful of fresh blueberries or a smoothie made up of an array of frozen berries, you are reaping the health benefits that berries have to offer.  Blueberries can help to suppress the appetite and they also provide vitamins and nutrients that we need to stay healthy.  Strawberries specifically help to curb your appetite; they are a great snack on the go.  So ditch the potato chips and grab some fresh strawberries instead.

Ditch the vegetable oil and opt for some extra virgin olive oil instead!  Unlike many other oils, olive oil is nearly free of saturated fats.  Olive oil can also provide good cholesterol while decreasing the amount of bad cholesterol in your body.  Not only is olive oil healthy, but it can also add a tasty zing to many delicious dishes.
